Randall Hinton Development was founded in 2020 by childhood friends and business partners, Scott Mason (Randall) and Bill Butler (Hinton). Randall Hinton specializes in the acquisition and development of in-fill opportunities specific to Colorado and Northwest Arkansas. Scott Mason began his real estate career in 1988 and has since established himself as the top-performing commercial/industrial broker in San Francisco and President of Calco Commercial, Inc. Bill Butler is a former transactional attorney, CEO of multiple private companies and Co-Founder of Summit Advisors specializing in growth, exit and financing strategies. Together, Scott and Bill bring a combined 60+ years of financial, real estate and development expertise to Randall Hinton Development.
