Laurel Canyon is a 4-story multifamily community over a podium, currently in schematic design and envisioned with 164 studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences. Inspired by the iconic canyon landscapes and 1970s music culture of Laurel Canyon, the project blends rhythm, topography, and lifestyle into a distinctive residential experience.
The south-facing façade is carved to evoke canyon formations, creating layered balconies, shaded outdoor spaces, and dynamic depth across the building. Ground-level walk-up units are tailored to the bike community, offering direct access and an active street presence, while a curated commercial space envisioned as a coffee shop or grab-and-go concept anchors the project within its neighborhood.
At the podium level, a pool and amenity deck create a vibrant social hub, complemented by expansive rooftop decks with sweeping views. Laurel Canyon is designed as a place where movement, music, and landscape converge into a relaxed yet energized living environment.
